يتميز تصميم مبنى الهيئة العامة للرياضة (المعروفة سابقًا بالرئاسة العامة لرعاية الشباب) بعناصر تظليل رأسية تمتد على واجهات خرسانية تساهم في إدخال الإضاءة وتخفيف الحرارة الداخلية للمبنى, و امتازت تصميم الواجهات أيضًا بنمط متكرر بنوافذ مستطيلة الشكل مصنوعة من حجر الرياض أعطت المبنى تصميم تجريدي مع ألوان متناسقة من البيئة المحيطة. كما يتكوّن المجمع من ثلاثة أجزاء رئيسية متصلة على مستوى الدور الأرضي, جميعهم يشتركون في تصميم مختلف عن الأدوار المرتفعة ببعض الزخارف و الأحجار ذات الألوان المختلفة

The General sports Authority building (Previously known as the General Presidency of Youth Welfare) is situated on AlJamiah street in the AlMalaz district. The building is distinguished by spectacular vertical shading elements between the windows that are cladded against Riyadh stone and concrete. The complex comprises of three main structure connected at ground level. The 13 level high-rise projects prominently on the main street and connects to a five-story extension. The north structure in contrast is cladded with Intricate geometrical facades highlighted in similar materials.
