مؤسسة الملك فيصل تتكون من مجمع سكني وتعليمي وتجاري. المباني تحيط ساحة مفتوحة تحتوي على مكاتب ومحلات تجارية ومرافق تعليمية و جامع وشقق سكنية و مواقف جانبية على مستوى الشارع مما نتج عنها مساحه شبه عامة تقودك الى الجامع، و يحتوي المجمع ايضًا على برج مكاتب تجارية، المرافق التعليمية و الشقق السكنية تقع بالمستوى الثالث تم بناء المباني من الخرسانة المسلحة والأعمدة الفولاذية والجدران المصنوعة من الألمنيوم ، و واجهات رخامية.في عام ٢٠١٨ تم ازاحة المرحلة الثانية من المشروع والمعروف بمركز الخزامى

The King Faisal Foundation is a residential, educational and commercial complex. The buildings surround an open plaza situated on the first level above the retail and parking on street level, creating a semi-public space around the garden leading into the mosque. It also contains a high-rise office building, educational facilities, and apartments on a secluded third level. The buildings were constructed from reinforced concrete, steel columns and aluminium curtain walls, with marble cladding. The second phase of the project (Alkhozama center) on Olaya street has been demolished in 2018.
