في عام 1978، كلفت مجموعة شيراتون قيرافسكي تي اند بي من معماريون اي-اكس-اي بتصميم فندق من سبعة طوابق على منحدرات الهدا في الطائف و امتلكت المشروع وزارة المالية لاستضافة المؤتمرات خلال تواجدهم في موسم الصيف يقع الفندق في الهدا، (أحد قمم سلسلة جبال السروات) على مرتفع صخري شديد الانحدار يؤدي إلى المبنى الرئيسي الذي يحتوي على 111 غرفة. يتميز المبنى بهيكل مثلث الشكل يتوسطه ردهة بارتفاع عالي مطل على جميع الطوابق مكسية بالرخام و الطلاء المذهب. وتم تصميم الواجهات الخارجية بشرفات محدبة الشكل من الأسفل للأعلى متجهة نحو منتصف المبنى و نوافذ نحاسية المنظر كما يضم المنتجع أيضًا مجموعة من الفلل الخاصة مصممة من جدران خرسانية ذات زخارف دائرية تحتل المنطقة الشرقية من المنتجع. خضع المبنى لأعمال التجديد في عامي 1985 و 2006 ، وهو مملوك حاليًا لسلسلة فنادق ومنتجعات لو ميريديان

In 1978, the Sheraton group commissioned T&B Garevski of AXE Architects to design a seven-story hotel on AlHada slopes in Taif. The project was owned by the Ministry of Finance to accommodate and host events during summer seasons. The site is perched on the peak of the Sarawat mountain range in Al Hada, a steep and rocky slope leads to the main building containing 111 rooms. The triangular structure is centered around a gilt and marble lobby that arches several stories high. The tapered terraces extended from the outer edges of the building to its center, alternating between the copper-film coated windows. In addition, the resort also includes a series of private villas with concrete walls with circular apertures occupying the east area of the resort. The building has undergone renovations in 1985 and 2006 and is currently owned by Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts Chain.
